There are options in configuration and sidebar that I'm not seeing, what can I do?​

If you can't find the option of the resource you're looking for in the sidebar nor in the Configuration page, it is likely that your Role doesn't have the required permissions to access the resource, please contact your admin to update your permissions

I'm a Tenant Admin, but I can't enter the E&I Plan, what should I do?​

This is an intended situation, the E&I Plan is intended to be accessible only for users with permissions for E&I Plan as well as it needs to be another user different from the tenant admin, the tenant admin shouldn't have access to this feature.

That's why, to access the E&I Plan, please use another user with the relevant permissions

I'm a Tenant Admin, but I can't enter the Wing's Configuration, what should I do?​

we believe that each Role in the organization has their own set of responsabilities in the system, the Tenant Admin can change the Organization's settings through the Tenant Configuration, but the responsability to change the Wing's Configuration lies on the Wing's Admin.

If you want to access the Wing's Configuration, please use the Wing's Admin user
