Introduction to Shop
Listing of Shop
Here, you'll manage the Shops under your Wing. This includes not only Shops that require inspections but also any Shop or office involved in EQuAD processes like reviews and approvals, even if they don't need inspections themselves. For example, if you create an Engine Shop, you'd also need to add every Shop or office in its chain of command, such as:
- Propulsion Management
- Component Repair Management Superintendent
- Maintenance Commander
- MXG Each Shop has a "Parent Shop" option, which EQuAD uses to establish routing for notifications, reviews, and approvals.
You can find your organization's Shops on the configuration page at Configuration > Shop.
If you don't see the configuration option you're looking for, it may not be available with your current permissions, make sure you have the necessary permissions for the resource you're trying to access.
There, you can view a list of all your Shops and its information.
This view has filter controls that allow you to filter and sort the list of Shops by various criteria
- Search: You can filter by the name of the Shop
- Order by: Select by which field you want to order the Shop list
- Status: Select the status of the Shop you want to show
- Sort By: Select the sort order (ascending or descending) of the Shop list
You can click the Clear Filters button to remove all filters and show the default Shop list again.
Contextual Menu
You can use the Contextual Menu to perform actions on the Shops in the list. This menu is available by clicking on the three dots icon next to each Shop in the list.
- View Shop: takes you to the details of the selected Shop
- View Routings: takes you to the list of Routings for the selected Shop
note that not all the options from the contextual menu will be shown at a time some requires you to have certain permissions to perform the action, and some others will be shown depending on the status of the Shop
Details
in the listing page, upon clicking on one of the Shop card, you will be taken to the Shop details page, where you can see the information of the Shop and its related information.
