you can enter the system by entering the email and password combination in the Login Page

we will have prepared credentials for the tenant admin who will manage the organization, the tenant admin will then have to create the users for the other members of your organization, for more details please refer to the Add People Documentation

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, you can restore your access through the Forgot Password feature, click on the Forgot Password button under the Login form, it will take you to a page where it will ask you the account email.

After entering the required information, you will receive an email with instructions on how to update your password, click on the link in the email and enter the new password for your account.

Enter your new password on the required fields and press the Update my password button, by this point you will have your password changed
