Edit Site Details

Use the Site page in the Platform Configuration at Configuration > Site to configure various settings related to your SynapseMX account.

caution

The instructions below assume you have an Access Role that allows you to perform these actions. If you aren't able to follow the instructions as written, please check with your Admin to make sure you have the correct access.

Select the Edit Site button.

Site Configuration Page

That will take you to a screen with the details of the selected Site.

Proceed to click on the Edit button, it will make the fields editable.

Site Edit Form

  • Name: This will be the name of the Site
  • Description: Use this space to explain this Site in more detail

When in edit mode, you can make updates similar to adding a Site. After making the updates, click the Save Site button.

The edit form fields will be removed and you will be returned to the Site details page.
